The Chinese manufacturer LENOVO represents the only access to a Windows PC with an E-ink screen.
Therefore, health is priceless! This ultrabook is definitely worth its price!
After having suffered the horrible era of the backlit CRT, then of the TFT, blah, backlit LCD, here finally comes the time of medical comfort...ZERO LIGHT!...ZERO TORCH! Even if the E-ink technology initially belongs to a US lab, it must be recognized that the Chinese are well ahead of the West which seems to be trapped in RGB colours for office automation.
Many thanks to them (LENOVO, DASUNG, ONYX) for their commercial but philanthropic initiative. I therefore expect a lot from the authorities as regards their compliance with the medical protection of its citizens.
Thanks to LDLC for answering my questions to confirm this very happy purchase that I recommend to all those who suffer from disabilities related to exposure to these "RGB torch screens". I'm also happy to say that this 2nd screen with electronic ink allows access to (almost) all the functionalities of the OS (applications, folders, task manager, browsers and peripherals etc).
Finally, it is possible to work on your files in complete medical safety.
