Purchase exclusive of VAT, which is perfect for Guadeloupe as we don't have the same VAT.
Delivery took a long time, but that's not surprising with customs clearance.
Installation and commissioning were straightforward, but this wasn't my first DEVOLO installation.
However, after two weeks one of the DEVOLOs died!
And for the after-sales service here it's a waste of time.
So LDLC is very good but DEVOLO ...
This is my second pack, I had already taken a similar one, I use it to have wi-fi in an old bˆâtisse of over 200m2 with 60cm thick flint walls. You might as well say, a hostile environment. It works very well, you just have to read the manual carefully on how to synchronise the terminals, and it does it all by itself, no need for a computer, they recognise themselves all by themselves, you just have to press the right buttons, and it's not necessarily intuitive. At the moment, I've got a relay socket connected to the Internet box, plus 5 wi-fi terminals, and it's all working perfectly. In terms of power consumption, it's probably not ideal because the terminals heat up a bit (so they consume power...) but that's the only small fault I can find with them.
