The laptop is very good, all the games run smoothly. The laptop is well made, compact and discreet.
The graphics card is impressive for a laptop, it can handle high graphics without too much loss of fps. The screen is of very good quality.
Now for VR, it's fine for most games but sacrificing definition is a bit limiting. If you're doing VR, you'd be better off with a desktop PC equipped with a 3060TI minimum.
