A product that matches the need: a "good value for money" 15' Linux that is rare!
Delivered on time, a machine in perfect condition and operational, nothing to complain about.
Maybe the 2 hours of package and version updates? On a factory imaged drive this was expected.
The Dell package that blocks the LTS version changeover: it took the direction of the uninstall that one.

hardware: specs are not crazy but more than enough for the price.
I was able to easily disassemble the computer to install RAM and SSD.
I've been using it for a while now and it's a good idea to take it apart to install the RAM and SSD.
The BIOS is very well designed, easy to optimize the use of the battery according to your needs.
Ubuntu OS: good choice for Linux neophites, experienced users will appreciate being able to install their OS preferably without any hassle from the computer.

+ The design is simple from a distance, but gamers will appreciate the cut-out air vents and other details.
+ simultaneous wifi and wired connectivity, if required.
+ LED on Caps Lock key.
