    Non-compliant

    I received this item which was not at all as described on the site.
    It advertised with their pictures (WARNING: They don't match the right computer) and the specifications of this item, on the site, mentioned that there were two Thunderbolt 4 on this computer. This is not the case.
    I had to insist and have two technical interlocutors.
    The first one: "It's just a printing error on the chassis! (...)
    The second: "Yes, on the supplier's website, this model does not have it".
    If you order a car and half of the options you need are missing, what do you do?
    Given the price, I didn't think I'd have to claim anything.

    Also, the item has been received for 4 days and I still haven't been refunded the price of this pc. Money goes fast but doesn't come back as fast.

    I am very disappointed with my first order from LDLC.
