This multi-port USB-C adapter from StarTech. com turns your MacBook Pro, Windows laptop, Chromebook or Android tablet USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 into a workstation wherever you are. This USB 3.1 Type-C hub adapter is ideal for those who want to travel and need more features, HDMI or VGA video outputs, faster USB-A and USB-C 10G peripheral ports. With a single USB-C host cable extended by 29 cm, you have more flexibility to connect hard-to-reach laptops and tablets.
This multi-port USB-C adapter has both a 4K 30Hz HDMI port and a VGA port. This gives you two video output options for projecting your presentations in a conference room or configuring your workstation. It also allows the use of an ultra-wide screen. In addition to the video outputs, the portable USB-C docking station offers a 10 Gbps USB-C port and a USB-A port for connecting your USB devices, both new and old. The adapter also features a Gigabit Ethernet port for accessing a wired network.
This USB-C dock is bus-powered via an extended 29 cm host cable, allowing for a multitude of configurations. This eliminates the need for a separate power adapter. Installation is quick and easy, with native operating system support. Weighing just 54g and taking up less than the size of a smartphone, this dock easily fits into your laptop bag or briefcase.
