The Ubiquiti EdgeRouter 12 (ER-12) is a router with an integrated switch that will ensure performance, reliability and security for your company's network. You can manage your EdgeRouter 12 (ER-12) using UNMS (Ubiquiti Network Management System), which allows you to configure, monitor, upgrade and back up your devices using a single application.
Flexible operation
The EdgeRouter 12 can handle up to 3.4 million packets per second with line rates up to 8 Gbps. Ten Gigabit Ethernet ports provide copper connectivity, while two SFP ports provide fibre connectivity. The EdgeRouter 12 supports Layer 2 switching.All RJ45 ports can be used for routing and 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet connections are supported. Ports 0 to 7 can be configured for switching functions using the EdgeOS configuration interface. Port 0 supports passive 24V input PoE and port 9 supports passive output PoE (disabled by default).
Centralized Management
The EdgeRouter 12 is powered and managed by UNMS (Ubiquiti Network Management System). It is a comprehensive controller with an intuitive user interface capable of managing EdgeMAX devices registered at multiple sites.
You can manage your device through a single application, which allows you to configure, monitor, upgrade and backup your devices.
