After testing the laptop, I added an M2 hard drive and 32GB of memory.
A real catastrophe! I've been using it for a while now, but it's not a good idea to use it for anything else, so I'm going to give it a try. For games 4/10. I don't understand the good comments at all.
I'm not sure I'm going to get a lot of money for it.
I am totally satisfied with this Dell. This is my first gaming laptop and I am pleasantly surprised. I've been using it for a while now and it's not that noisy at all. The design of the PC is great, it doesn't look too gaming so no worries about taking it to work or school, it looks clean.
I can run all games with no problem, almost all settings at full speed without too much FPS drop.
Satisfied with the product. Runs quietly in recent games. The ventilation is not discreet but if you play with headphones you can't hear it :d
I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a hard drive or not, as the 500GB capacity can be used up quickly.
I recommend this PC in any case, and DELL quality
Very good service and delivery as described in the product description. A portable war machine.
Very good performance, good autonomy 2h30 in game its Rtx350. To note however a lack of fast charge and a keyboard not very ergonomic for pure gaming
Computer performs well, no problem for the moment, only flaw when you are on a game or an application that requires a lot of performance, the fans make a lot of noise.
Whether it's for gaming or graphics work, this computer is the perfect companion for those wanting a good processor with a new graphics card. I can only recommend this product.

I'm not sure what to expect from this product, but I'm sure it's a good one. The screen is a 120hz screen and not a 60hz one as described (so much the better) and the rendering is not that of a TN panel but close to an IPS. Sound: impressed by the volume, rare for a laptop. I think I'll format it and go with a clean OS, I have some pretty impressive jerks on BF5 and Quake champions for example. The management of the alien ware profiles seems rather haphazard. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to use it on the same computer as the other brands, but I'm sure I'll be able to.
EDIT: WARNING, the dell/bios management makes the CPU frequency drop, this is the source of the slowdowns I have on different games. I have to use the Throttlestop software and disable speedstep and BD PRochot so that the system lets the processor get up to temperature. So no miracles we go from 65 degrees to 95. But the performance has nothing to do with it. It's a pity to have to go through this. Also, impossible for me to change the colour of the keyboard supposedly RGB. it remains white. and no option in the alien ware control center.
I like it:
- The hardware is still pretty good. Tip-top screen.
- 16 gigs of juicy RAM
- not too thick
- Good battery life.
- Good connectivity. There's always a RJ45 port!
I like it less:
- The bloatware, not too hard to remove but it's a bit like the garbage man you are the hero of. It's a pain in the ass...
- No manual control of the fans, I liked to be able to boost the thing to the max on my MSI.
- Lots of little holes on top of the keyboard, don't suddenly want to eat a shortbread, stick to the little cakes that make big crumbs like chocolate bread.
- It's pretty heavy, especially with the big 19.5v power supply; if you're flying low-cost, 10kg max and no luggage in the hold, it'll be a bit tight, or take a pair of jeans for 5 days I don't know.
