I am very pleased with the speed of the order, shipment, and delivery.
I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the service. The product is very good, now it's time to use it for a while to check its quality.
Despite the addition of 32GB of RAM (48 in total), I am overall disappointed with the performance. It's probably related to the CPU and there, nothing to do ... pity.
The battery life is ridiculous.

I would not recommend this product.
After not even a month, my computer broke down. I called LDLC and they told me that my computer was under warranty, so I just had to call ASUS maintenance.
The ASUS troubleshooting, by phone: You fall on a platform located in Morocco, and the so-called technician, asks you to turn off and turn on your computer. That's all. Then he sends you an e-mail so that you return your computer to Holland. So my computer has just been sent back to Holland, for I don't know how long!
It would have been so much easier if LDLC had changed it for me!
But no, it's been two months now that I can't work anymore
I am a teacher and I bought this laptop for professional use mainly: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, video conferencing, multimedia and some CAD (Inventor and Solidworks). It is fast and meets my expectations even if you need to be understanding in CAD (it works very well for an initiation to 3D drawing with small models). It is not specified in the technical description but the VGA plug is present as suggested by the photos even if they are not necessarily contractual. I bought and installed a second hard disk for the data (the complete fixing kit with cabling is supplied with the PC): I removed one star out of 10 because one fixing screw was missing out of the 4 and because there are no instructions for mounting; it's quite intuitive and it's done well anyway.
Super efficient for my use, I do word processing, excel spreadsheet, some photo editing. I also look at content on the internet and no problem. I have downloaded some software, it is very fast. The only drawback I can note is that the sound is not very powerful! The only downside is that the sound is not very loud, but with headphones or a speaker the problem is solved. I really recommend it. It's very fast and very good.
