The Mars Pro: Elegoo's fast and affordable monochrome 3D printer
TheElegoo Mars has achieved great popularity as an affordable resin 3D printer. In order to improve its machine, Elegoo has decided to optimise its LCD 3D printer, to offer you this new Mars Pro version. With the Mars Pro, Elegoo has launched a 3D printer with monochrome LCD technology, at a very affordable price, that prints quickly.
For improved 3D models
To improve accuracy Elegoo has modified the matrix light source (28 x 50W UV LED lamps) of the Mars Pro. This allows for a more uniform, faster exposure of up to 25%. The Mars Pro needs only 45 seconds on average for the first layer and 6 seconds for the other layers.
TheZ-axis now has a new linear guide rail. The guide is considerably more stable, allowing for a more even movement and improved precision of movement.
To limit odours, the Mars Pro is equipped with an active carbon filter and a rubber seal, so that air can only escape through the filter.
The Mars Pro is also newly equipped with an improved print tray with new, wider, non-slip nuts, allowing for more stable levelling. This tray also has a new surface texture, designed to greatly improve grip.
Theuser interface has been redesigned to be simpler and more user-friendly. In addition, the USB port has been repositioned for greater convenience.
