    purchase for office automation

    I bought a DELL inspiron i7 computer which was very little used (1 week). The computer overheated and I couldn't work with it after 2 hours of connection, I couldn't use the cursor, I couldn't turn off the computer, the fan was running at full speed.
    I bought a wireless mouse with only one USB port ... which allowed me to see a shift on the right side of the computer ... purchase of more than 7 days ... no return possible ... I see a small impact ... computer has not moved from my home.
    Call LDLC service yesterday can't do anything.... have to send me mail to contact dell .... I'm waiting since yesterday evening still nothing ....
    I'm not happy with my purchase at all on LDLC and Dell

    Faulty computer
