    Move on

The camera lives up to expectations, but there are a number of drawbacks. The administration interface of the camera has hardly changed in 10 years, I find the same menu as in my IPTV320PI and it only works in Internet Explorer mode! It's impossible to configure your Nas without switching edge to IE compatibility mode. As for the rest, it's fine, the image is good and the camera reacts well to changes. It's all plastic and it's quite imposing. There's no new firmware available to correct navigation problems. In short, I wouldn't recommend TRENDnet, which doesn't keep its firmware up to date and doesn't fix bugs.

    Correct

A good camera, some criticisms though:
    - The claimed 2K image quality is just an illusion; certainly the image quality is good but the latency is huge and the frame rate of 20 fps is simply not achievable. That said, once the setting is lowered to 720p, the fluidity is up to par.
    - I bought several of them, they all have the same MAC address... the manufacturer has simplified the task to the detriment of certain security settings that cannot be refined.
    - Wall mounting is impossible, or else it will not allow a 3-dimensional camera angle adjustment, but only from left to right or from top to bottom, unless an adapter is used
    - On the manual, access to the settings is only explained for a smartphone connection. On computer, you have to look for the IP
    - the interface is old-fashioned but the essential is there

Otherwise the night mode is efficient, the whole thing seems robust. I am globally satisfied and all the defects were unfortunatly predictable given the entry level price.
