AXIS M2026-LE MKII is a small, compact cylindrical camera that delivers high-quality images in 4 MP resolution. It has a built-in IR illuminator that allows surveillance up to 15 m (50 ft) away, even at night. This outdoor camera can withstand harsh weather conditions and its integrated sunshield protects it from sun and rain. With a 130° field of view, a single camera provides comprehensive surveillance at low cost. In addition, Axis Corridor Format provides effective surveillance of shop corridors and aisles. Axis Zipstream technology significantly reduces storage and bandwidth requirements, and the camera supports H.264 and H.265 video compression.
Excellent image quality
With a 130° horizontal and 73° vertical field of view and a resolution of 2688 x 1520 pixels, AXIS M2026-LE MKII delivers excellent image quality at a frame rate of 30 frames per second. The M2026-LE MKII incorporates a discreet, low-power IR LED illumination to automatically illuminate a scene in total darkness during an event or on demand. This illumination, invisible to the human eye, is ideal for observing objects up to 15 metres away.
Unique features
The M2026-LE MKII camera features Wide Dynamic Range, providing perfectly balanced video quality in scenes with difficult lighting conditions. With local storage, video can be recorded directly to a storage device such as a microSD card, creating a stand-alone video surveillance system. In addition, Axis Zipstream technology significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements without costly and complex integration.
