The Garden of (H)Eden for hard drives
Very well-built, aluminium case, closed with screws (no risk of accidental opening, unlike other products that use plastic fastenings). Used to convert a SATA SSD into an external hard drive.
As is often the case with marketing, the promise of transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps is unrealistic (this is a theoretical maximum that is largely limited by the drive's memory controller). On a day-to-day basis, I'm seeing an average throughput of 3Gbps (just under 400MB/s). Which is more than enough to back up data!
Beware, the surface of the case has a glossy finish, which is sensitive to fingerprints. So be sure to use a soft cloth.
