The dual M.2 to SATA drive adapter supports multiple RAID modes including RAID 0, 1, or Spanning. The SSD adapter also supports non-RAID operations (JBOD) when coupled with a SATA port multiplier controller. This means you can use each drive independently.
The M.2 SATA SSD Adapter allows you to exploit the full potential of your SATA III controller. By using M.2 SATA SSDs instead of a platter hard drive, you can reduce performance drops during data transfer, thanks to file transfer speeds of up to 6 Gb/s. after research, the adapter is systematically short-circuited when the ground of the m2 at the level of the tightening screw is in contact with the screw support. the adapter heats abnormally? and the connectors so much the reverse of a standard assembly made me deposit the dissipators of my m2.(functions and recognized by windows only). too dangerous and too many uncertainties to continue with this product.
