The Focal Chora 826-D is equipped with the brand new Focal membrane: Slatefiber. Designed and manufactured in Focal's workshops in France, it introduces new materials: thermoplastic polymer, with non-woven recycled carbon fibers that provide even more damping, rigidity and lightness. You then havea perfectly balanced and rich midrange sound, with little coloration and lots of dynamics.
Design and development in France
