The D-Link DAP-2662 WiFi4EU compliant AC1200 Wave 2 MU-MIMO Dual Band Wi-Fi PoE Access Point is designed to bring wireless connectivity to public spaces such as public buildings, libraries, health centres and museums with secure dual-band Wi-Fi. It is also compatible with the Nuclias Connect software and hub, allowing for centralized management of multiple access points.
Flexible operation
The DAP-2662 can be mounted on a ceiling, wall or desk to meet all wireless networking demands. For advanced installations, the DAP-2662 has a built-in Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3af) connection, allowing the unit to be installed in locations where power outlets are not readily available.The DAP-2662 can be configured to optimise network performance in one of several operating modes: access point, wireless distribution system (WDS) with access point, bridge/WDS (no access point broadcast) and wireless client. With WDS support, network administrators can install multiple DAP-2662 access points at a site and configure them to bridge each other and provide network access to each client.
