An ingenious flexible and magnetic adhesion surface for your 3D printer
Developed by Zimple, Ziflex is a flexible and magnetic 3D printing platform to be positioned on the original tray of your 3D printer. An adhesive allows you to stick the lower part of the system on the tray of your 3D printer, and then position the upper part of the Ziflex on top. The complete system is 1.7mm thick and has a coating specially designed for 3D printing, making it easy to print materials such as PETG, ABS, PLA, flexible materials...
Magnetic positioning technology
The magnetic positioning technology is strong and directional. Your Ziflexis guided in one direction only, ensuring perfect alignment with the platen of your 3D printer.
Ultra flexibility and uniform heat transfer
The high flexibility of the Ziflex will allow you to easily remove all your parts, even the smallest ones, without damaging your new printing surface.
The maximum recommended temperature for your heating plate is 90°C. The heat transmission of your Ziflex is isotropic, so it ensures a uniform heat transmission.
Easy to install
Ziflex is a two-part system. A magnetic adhesive sheet to stick to the original tray of your 3D printer, and another magnetic sheet that has a coating specially designed for 3D printing.
Customised sizes to fit your 3D printer
Ziflex is available in the size and shape of your 3D printing plate.
Zimple can produce the Ziflex to the size and shape of your 3D printing plate (round or rectangular). From 10 square centimetres to 1 square metre of printing surface, Zimple can therefore offer you the Ziflex that suits you!
