The Polymaker PolyBox is a dry storage box that has been thought and designed to create the most suitable environment for storing 3D printing filaments. This PolyBox storage box is obviously compatible with all 3D printers. Very practical, it can allow you to keep two 1kg spools or a large 3kg spool under cover.
Controlled humidity
The Polymaker PolyBox storage box has been specially designed to preserve moisture-sensitive 3D filaments such as nylon, PVA, PolySmooth, or PLA. The materials it contains retain all their properties. The PolyBox controls the humidity contained in their storage space. The PolyBox keeps hygroscopic (moisture sensitive) filaments in an optimal environment while allowing them to be 3D printed.
The PolyBox storage box includes a thermo-hygrometer that displays the outside temperature and the humidity level inside the box. Desiccant bags (supplied with the PolyBox) are used to absorb moisture.
The humidity inside the PolyBox can be kept below 15%. This level is perfect for storing filaments in the best possible way. If you exceed 20% humidity, please replace the desiccant bags to regain optimal absorption capacity.
The Polymaker PolyBox can store up to 2 x 1kg spools (ideal for double extrusion 3D printing) or one 3kg spool (ideal for 3D printing of large parts).
