The Tascam DR-44WL pocket recorder is a model capable of recording 4 tracks at a time (2 stereo or 4 mono) with Hi-Res Audio. Equipped with Wi-Fi wireless functionality, cardioid X/Y microphones and XLR/Jack connectors with phantom power, this model has everything you need to support your sound capture needs. For the more creative, the MTR mode will provide the solutions you need to create real studio tracks. The DR-44WL features a backlit LCD display, SDXC slot and numerous automatic functions.
4-track recorder with Wi-Fi
With its24-bit/96kHz recording capability, this Tascam Hi-Res Audio pocket recorder will allow you to capture sound in the best possible way. It features static cardioid X/Y microphones for recording a music session, an interview or anything else. Capture up to 4 mono or 2 stereo tracks. Plus, background noise will be low thanks to the work of Cirrus Logic converters.
Each file can be stored on an SD card of up to 128 GB, while the built-in Wi-Fi function will open up some very nice possibilities. Via the DR Control app, you can remotely control the DR-44WL directly on your smartphone. Start recording, adjust recording levels and much more! Finally, wireless playback provides a convenient first impression to check the status of your recording.
The tool for professionals
The Tascam DR-44WL 4-channel recorder features XLR/Jack input connectors for connection to a PA system or external microphones while still recording with the built-in microphones. This model also features phantom power for easy connection of your own microphone.
In addition, you'll enjoy convenient controls, a backlit LCD display and a headphone/line output. The DR-44WL runs on batteries or via your computer's USB port. A micro USB port is also present to transfer files to your PC.
