The only regret is that it doesn't print (which the previous ones did) CD/DVDs.
The only regret is that it doesn't print CDs/DVDs (which the previous ones did), but the solution to the ink consumption is quite simple. All you have to do is install a CISS, which is particularly easy to install in this model. (which has not always been the case) The comfort of use increases greatly and the cost of ink drops from ± € 1500/litre to ± € 30/litre. That's quite something! And, contrary to what one might fear, the installation of the CISS does not interfere with the scanner at all. What a pleasure! (so far: ± 1 month)
I am, on the other hand, very worried about the (future) replacement of the print heads that I have replaced several times on my previous PIXMAs. CANON does not sell them for this model ! ! ! ! And if you have to go through Chinese copies...... I have only (very) bad experiences.......
