The Mayku Formbox is a desktop thermoforming machine with a vacuum system that can be used in conjunction with your 3D printer. It allows its users to make moulds or packaging with the help of a simple hoover (not included). It has a 200 x 200 mm bed and works with thermoplastic sheets. How it works!First, have an idea, get started, create, then 3D print, sculpt or find your shape and place it on the FormBox bed. The FormBox then forms a sheet of material around your defined shape, creating a mould in seconds. After that, simply fill your mould with dozens of materials ranging from chocolate to resin, plaster and even concrete. Finally, pull out your creation and bring it to life for your very first product collection! You can even use FormBox to create custom packaging for your creation.

Plenty of room to create, incredible detail and powerful suctionThe Mayku FormBox has a working area of 150 x 150 mm with a maximum cutting depth of 130 mm. It offers you enough space to make your ideas a reality. Once softened, the FormBox sheets can take on a texture as fine as hair. You can be sure of detailed, incredibly precise moulds with every new creation you make. The Mayku FormBox uses an ultra-fine steel mesh that causes a strong airflow. The FormBox can be used with a standard household hoover and is capable of producing a powerful professional level of suction. Thanks to this, the FormBox is able to pull and work the sheet in such a way as to make every conceivable shape, with maximum detail. |
