    Excellent and very stable PLC + advice on throughput

    As soon as it is installed, it is up and running. The Devolo after-sales service responds without any problem (I'm still waiting for the response of other brands).
    For 1200 I am between 210 and 240 Mb/s real in transmission / reception on a recent installation with a real 1 Gb/s optical fibre. The Ping is not influenced.
    I take off half a star because of the documentation which does not specify the role of the automatic compatibility mode. Here is my reason:
    - I was on VDSL at 40Mb/s. The kit automatically switches to VDSL auto-compatibility mode.
    - Then I switched to fibre. Lousy PLC throughput of around 30 Mb/s. Using the Devolo Cockpit software, you have to uncheck the automatic compatibility mode which was still in VDSL (and therefore not so automatic!) and this for each socket. Then everything goes back to normal and the speed immediately increases to more than 200Mb/s (restart the PLC with Cockpit). It's a pity they don't mention this in the documentation.
