    After updating my sound bar (troubleshooting suggestion) the surround speakers still crackle. 5.1 never worked. The sound bar's indicator remains orange, never green, which would have indicated a 5.1 source. My problem today is that LDLC is asking me to send the whole thing back for repair, with chronopost charges at my expense (the subwoofer is heavy).I have to say that I don't recommend this sound bar because I'm not the first one to be confronted with this crackling problem and if I send it back, the postage is not free! I'm disappointed by the sound bar but also by LDLC!
