Light and compact thanks to its aluminium body, the Tamron 100-400 f/4.5-6.3 is an easy-to-carry lens. Its optical performance is based on ultra-precise AF and an image stabilizer that supports long handheld shooting sessions. Chromatic aberrations are a thing of the past thanks to its anti-reflective coating (LD). The Extended Bandwidth & Angular-Dependency (eBAND) coating that has made Tamron's latest telephoto lenses so famous also effectively corrects flare for outstanding results. Also, its all-weather design (tropicalized) and its water-repellent front lens coating (fluorite), make this lens a tool ready for outdoor shooting in complete serenity.
Capture the momentWith a minimum focus of 1.5m and a magnification ratio of 1:3.6, the 100-400mm also offers superb bokeh effects and allows you to play with shallow depth of field with ease. Thanks to the built-in Dual MPU, AF accuracy and stabilizer efficiency are handled more quickly and independently.
