Installation via USB-C is automatic and takes just a few minutes. There's nothing to do apart from connect it to the PC. Operation is nominal, although the sliding drawer seems a little fragile, as is often the case with external drives of this type.
The engraver is really ultra-thin and doesn't take up much space
It's always a pleasure to visit this shop in Chambéry, where the staff are friendly and competent.
It has a lot of trouble playing DVDs. Some won't start until the 5th attempt, while others never do. Or, sometimes, the DVD will play correctly for 20 minutes and then crash repeatedly. On top of that, the player makes a noise like an aeroplane engine; proof, I imagine, of its malfunction.
Excellent, works perfectly with my laptop to play CDs, no extra power needed.
Small and light, it can be easily carried in the laptop sleeve for use outside the office. However, it needs to be handled with care, as the thinness of the CD base suggests limited resistance. But if you're gentle and respectful with it, you'll be fine.
