Using Bluetooth wireless technology, the QuickScan QBT2400 2D imager can transmit data to the host system via its base station or any other Bluetooth v3.0 compatible device. The QBT2400 2D imager can also be connected to iOS or Android tablets using HID mode.
With the growing popularity of 2D codes in all segments of the automatic data collection market, the QBT2400 2D Imager is coming to market with a more affordable price tag and virtually no drawbacks associated with 2D area imager technology. In addition, it allows loyalty cards and dematerialised coupons to be read on smartphone screens during checkout, and can be used for inventory, price verification and replenishment management.
