The Corsair Carbide 100R has two 5.4" front bays, all the necessary connectivity (USB 3.0, headphones, microphone) and four 3.5" bays for SATA drives.     Well thought-out, simple and elegant case.

    The fan speed controller includes many cables.
    To make things perfect, it would have been nice if a small cover could have been provided to replace it (and thus get rid of the cables) if you opt for Motherboard fan management.
