I have already broken it, the plug on the opposite side to the USB plug did not plug in properly, did not fit in the plug, unplugged untimely, now broken, plug is loose in the plastic, not good, product too light for normal use, what do you suggest. Waiting to hear from you.

The HUB disconnects when it wants to (despite parameter settings to prevent peripheral disconnection)
Sometimes several USB ports don't work and it's difficult to get them working again.
Now my problem is device descriptor request failure and Link in Compliance Mode). I can't use this HUB anymore.
Buy something else or you will be disappointed with this purchase!
The quality of the hub is pathetic, and some of the ports can be disconnected at any time... The finish is also very limited. In short, at this price, you expect something classy and qualitative... In exchange, you get a real piece of crap. To be avoided urgently!
Excellent USB 3 hub.
7 USB 3 ports, 2 of which can be used to charge various devices, such as the iPad or a mobile phone.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.
3 functional ports after testing on several pc's under linux (2 debian, 1 ubuntu) + windows 7.
Probably a firmware problem:
The first chip serves 3 USB3 ports (functional) + the second chip which serves 2 USB3.0 + 2 USB 2.0.
The ports served by this second chip are not recognized by the OS.

I have connected my business notebook peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headphones, encrypted mini hard drive, USB sticks, bluetooth dongle) and charge phones and tomtom. Really makes life easier.
Bought to replace a 4 port Trendnet hub. Has 7 ports including 2 for fast charging (it's cool for my Samsung A5). Interesting, it has 2 rear ports allowing to connect peripherals with wires by hiding them behind the screen (logitech keyboard-mouse receiver, Spyder 5 Pro probe for example). Don't forget that this is a USB3 hub and the speeds I've seen with Kingston USB3 drives are amazing (read 120 MB/s write 80 MB/s).
I highly recommend this hub (beware you need to have USB3 sockets on the motherboard like on my Z97-K).
I've been using it for a while now and I'm very happy with it.
