Powerful and easy-to-use calculator
Very good HP that allows RPN and algebraic input, powerful and user-friendly CAS, graphical touch screen ... All good!
HP is launching the HP Prime, its first calculator with a 3.5-inch multitouch colour screen. This calculator is equipped with a Lithium-Ion battery and several applications such as dynamic geometry and equation solving. In addition, you can connect it to your PC for more comfortable typing.
The on-board technology, its 256 MB of working memory and its 512 MB of flash storage allow numerous programming possibilities. In addition, its numerous integrated applications are adapted to the National Education mathematics programs.
Extra flat, light and with a brushed metal finish, it contains a 2000 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery for greater autonomy(USB charger included).
Whether it's numerical and symbolic calculations, its algebraic mode, CAS (from XCas), RPN (Reverse Polish Notation) or2D natural writing (textbook), everything has been designed to make your work easier and to adapt to your habits.
The HP PRIME calculator includes an exam mode approved by the French Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Research. It complies with the new regulations for French education exams and competitions.

Very good HP that allows RPN and algebraic input, powerful and user-friendly CAS, graphical touch screen ... All good!
With Hewlett Packard, a calculator can only be of high quality and rich in functions. I am very satisfied with it and I discover new possibilities every day. I am also very satisfied with LDLC who had it in stock and delivered it to me very quickly.
I was already familiar with the product so I am very pleased with this purchase. It's a new version and completely in line with my expectations.
Very good quality product.
The delivery time was respected and the product was very well packed.
I highly recommend
Very good product, easy to use, with lots of possibilities (I'm only at the very beginning of my exploration)
I'm not a fan of this computer, but it's not without its faults, and I'm not sure it's a good one.I'm not a fan of it but obviously it's not without its faults in my opinion... For me the screen, even though it's not bad and it's touch-sensitive, lacks a vertical viewing angle downwards, so it's better to be in front. I'm not sure why the CAS mode is separate from the "common" calculation, so it's not as easy to use and there's one less key, but I think IT is better integrated.I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the same software as the other calculators, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the same software as the other calculators, or if it's a good idea to use the same software as the other calculators, or if it's a good idea to use the same software as the other calculators. I would have liked to have had a choice of applications installed to remove the ones I don't need so that it would be more readable.I would also have liked a USB C port but maybe that's because of the release date.Last thing, the serial number on the back panel has been erased in a week. I have seen it on laptops but it doesn't look serious, it's useless. In short, a good product but maybe a bit better in my opinion.
There is no better on the market:
The Prime is the only one that can switch to the HP RPN history mode, which is the most practical for everyday calculations.
Its CAS mode is also extremely efficient, its display clear and beautiful.
In calculations it is the fastest by far.
The curves, 2D and 3D graphs are fast and can be manipulated on the touch screen (zoom, move etc...).
Its powerful programming language, the PPL (Prime Programming Language) takes up all the possibilities of the Prime with a syntax close to Pascal.
Some people criticize it for not supporting the Pearl language. But there are rumours that Pearl will be included in a future update of the Bios.... to be followed! 8-)
I am a fan of the classic HP calculators and was looking for a modern and equally efficient replacement. This calculator is very close to the ideal calculator (for me) with the RPN input mode and very nice keys. The only downside is that the conversion between bases (e.g. to hexadecimal) is not easily accessible from the standard keyboard. Fortunately, this can be fixed with the customizable keys (but it's still slightly slower than on an old HP 48G). Otherwise it would be 10/10 ...
Very efficient machine. I will only use it at 20% maximum. I bought it out of nostalgia for the HP 28S I had in the early 1990s. Very complete machine. Very practical touch screen.
The only drawback compared to the 28S is the absence of a dedicated alphanumeric keyboard.
Fast and reliable delivery.
Hp Prime, the exceptional calculator! Graphic, touchscreen, CAS and a multitude of applications.
Unfortunately, it is not sufficiently well known in secondary schools.
