Seamless integration
The DGS-1210-28 is equipped with 24 10/100/1000 Mbps ports. The last four ports of the DGS-1210 series combine SFP and copper connectivity in a single port. This provides the flexibility for server connections via a fibre interface.

Full Layer 2 functionality
Equipped with all the features of a manageable Layer 2 switch, you will have all the tools at hand to fine-tune the performance of your network. The switch offers IGMP monitoring, port mirroring, Spanning Tree and LACP, and IEEE 802.3x flow control.

Quality of service and bandwidth control
The switch is ideally suited for deployment in a VoIP environment. It supports Auto Voice VLAN and Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) for the VoIP application.

Enhance your network security
Protect yourself from traffic overloads with the Safeguard Engine. The switch also supports 802.1X port-based authentication, which allows the network to be authenticated with an external RADIUS server. Security is further enhanced by an access control list.

    I have QOS, link aggregation, Vlans, IGMP monitoring, port mirroring, Spanning Tree etc. all in a rackmountable format and with 24 gigabit ports.

    Honestly, I couldn't find an equivalent at this price.

    Very quiet switch, nothing to complain about so far.
