Good product but complicated to install

The product is of good quality but installation is rather complicated. I went back to the shop twice only to find out that my mouse is not compatible with the box.
There's no manual in the box, or the sales staff don't provide one, which is a real shame!
It took me a very long time to find it. This is a gift for you: https://gzhls.at/blob/ldb/0/9/5/c/ff08598b3407c42433195a5d1d43a0556083.pdf

The default keyboard shortcut is hell !!!
The double-click on the "crtl" key can be changed using "ctrl "+"shift "+"scroll stop".
    Refer to the manual above.

    A good switch... Before use

When I installed this switch, I had a few knocks when plugging in certain wires.
Also, with no user manual (or perhaps on the mini-disk that I can't read), I found myself with keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+SHIFT+C or CTRL+SHIFT+N) that were unusable because they were dedicated to the switch and couldn't be changed.
These even made me lose the use of my peripherals for a few seconds, the time it took to reconnect.
The switching noise is very loud.

    Ideal for teleworkers ;p

My wife got a laptop to telework from home... Ok, we don't care, but adding a laptop on the desk when you already have a desktop, a screen, a keyboard, a mouse... In short, this little KVM does its job well, long cables (maybe too long for just a desk...), powered directly by USB. The only drawbacks are the loud beeps when you switch computers and the sleep output on the laptop... But it works perfectly, that's why I bought it, right?

    Finally, a very disappointing product

This product has worked for a few months. For a few weeks now, my headphones have been disconnecting regularly, and I'm getting juice hits when I touch the metal case of the product.
This is a good sign of future short circuit risk, I don't want to risk burning my peripherals, which work fine when connected live!
I'm afraid I've bought it too long ago for a return, so it will be a gross loss of about 100€. It's a shame that LDLC sell this type of dangerous hardware! A reference to be banned.

Good tool at first sight. But...

The installation of the product is very simple, no need for a user manual, nothing to configure or fiddle with: it works straight away. Just the beep that announces that you are changing computers is a bit too loud, especially when the other computer is on standby.
Afterwards, it happens all too often that you lose the use of the speakers, or worse, the mouse and keyboard! Sometimes messing with the cables (unplugging and replugging) is enough to restore. But sometimes even a reboot of the computer is not enough. The reset button on the box doesn't seem to work (in my case...).
It seems to be related to a computer going to sleep, or coming out of sleep. Config with 2 PCs running windows 10.
A tool that wastes time (and nerves...) is not a tool but a nuisance. I ask for retraction and return of the material.
