Overview
The CE700A is a USB KVM extender with superior video quality and built-in ESD protection that allows access to a computer system from a remote USB console (USB keyboard, monitor and mouse) up to 150 meters away.
Compared to previous models, the CE700A system has the following improvements: 1 ) incorporation of 8kV/15kV ESD protection and 2kV surge protection; 2) superior video quality with up to 1920 x 1200 resolution; 3 ) use of inexpensive Category 5e cable, instead of bulky and expensive standard cables, for a cleaner, more convenient and reliable connection for data transfer; 4) ability to detect system distance and automatically adjust gain accordingly; and 5) presence of a custom ASIC chip to ensure maximum reliability and compatibility.

- Support for VGA, SVGA, SXGA, UXGA, WUXGA, and Multisync monitors; DDC, DDC2, and DDC2B connections supported by local monitor
