Despite the mixed reviews I'd seen about the battery, I picked up these headphones anyway and so far there have been no problems. The sound is good and clear, the battery lasts a long time and the headphones alert you when the battery is running low, and the microphone works perfectly. Beware of small heads though, even the shortest setting means it's a bit big for me, and becomes heavy after a few hours of use.

The battery is not at all suitable for heavy use for a gamer as advertised by the brand.
It will be 2 years in 2 months and I'm on my 3rd return because the battery gives out very quickly.

After more than a year of use (once or twice a week), it stopped working overnight.
I love the headset, the system that cuts the microphone once the microphone is up is not bad at all! on the other hand I do not know if it is due to a manufacturing defect or what but the cable to charge my headset does not stop disconnecting if I make the slightest gesture hence my 9/10 out of this detail nothing to say.
I have owned this headset for several months. The headset is of very good quality both for the sound and the microphone, I really have nothing to say about it. I've been using the headset for a few weeks now, but the little voice in the headset tells me that the battery is flat, so I connect the USB cable to the computer to charge it, but the cable is underneath the headset when I'm using it and it only disconnects and reconnects, so the headset ends up switching off every 10 seconds! I've already tried leaving it on charge for several hours, but nothing I've done, it keeps switching off and on and it's very frustrating when you're playing or watching a video...
I received the headphones without any problems, but I have had to abuse the customer service twice since I got them (November 2020). Indeed, despite a perfect sound, we can note however a common defect that I had on both headphones (the same ones, I specify). When you exceed 40/50% of the maximum sound, there is sound fog in the background.
If that was all, the headphones obviously suffer from an internal weakness in the connections that allow the headphones to be charged. After a certain amount of time (less than a year of use each), the headphones no longer want to charge, they don't turn on anymore.
Which is a shame when you listen to this great sound quality.
Very good headphones, very good sound quality that can be adjusted very well with their "iCUE" software.
Initially I got this helmet because my husband bought the same one and thought it was very good.
For my part, I think it's good overall, but there are two major drawbacks for me.
The first is that it doesn't charge properly. I plug it in at night and in the morning the light is still red. Even after 1 day it is still not fully charged. I'm still connected to a wire when I use it, which is a shame for this kind of headset, I must admit (my husband doesn't have this problem).
The 2nd one: If I want to walk around the house I can't really move away from it because of the risk of losing the sound.
I would not buy this brand again for my next purchase.

First order, 2 weeks the charging cable does not work anymore.
Returned and received another one.
3 weeks, the headset does not charge anymore, even when plugged in, it turns off and I have to turn it back on every 5 minutes.
The headphones are great! The materials are good, the sound is great and the fit is great for people with big heads.
I'm taking away 1 star for the microphone, it's very very correct but even with the little foam cap the sound is not very clear.
I'm not sorry for this little detail, the look is great and it's easy to use.
The headset arrived with the power button recessed, it is very difficult to turn it on or off and as a result there is a plastic noise in the headset.

The headset is great for 2 months. Then it doesn't turn on again, even when charged (-; LDLC has already exchanged it once and again it doesn't turn on again. Each time 2 months after purchase.
Fortunately LDLC's after sales service is very good.

The headphones are very good, the sound quality (microphone & headphones) is good and the fit on the head is correct too! (even if I have a small head).
I recommend, the wireless once you have touched it difficult to do without!

Good wireless headphones overall.
The headphones have various programmed equalizer settings by default, but also customizable, changeable quickly by pressing a button on the headphones. Spatialization quality is good but not exceptional.
The white plastic part is a bit cheap, it reminds me of an Xbox controller to the touch. I'm not sure if it's a good fit for my corsair rgb devices, but it's a good fit.

Great helmet, charges quickly, very good fit in the ears. I have a big head, I wear L/XL in general, so with this headset it fits and is very comfortable.
The microphone is very clean, and with the extra foam provided, you can't hear outside noise unless you force the microphone.
The functions with the software allow you to customize the lights.
I compare it to the one I'm replacing, an Asus Orion, which has done the job very well for several years
1: it is lighter and more comfortable
2: the sound of the voices is clearer especially in fps
3: not having wires is really great so I'm not disappointed as it looks solid
I decided to buy this headset despite the reviews on the digital test because clearly they say in other to take the leak, I currently use it and compare to my old headset is the day and night, when I play CoD Warzone, Battlefield or CS:GO, I finally hear where the enemy comes from, the sound for music is more than correct, 16 hours of autonomy is largely sufficient to play the day, and the comfort of the headset and its design are grandiose, force is to say that it is a good wireless headset.
The headphones cover the ears perfectly, so they won't hurt even after long hours of wearing.
