I've been using this mouse for 4 years now. I can't get enough of its soft touch and almost imperceptible click.
The only downside is that LDLC no longer offers it in red.

This mouse is very light, and even a little too light for some users: it takes some getting used to.
Ok for the silence, I don't say that. On the other hand, there is clearly a lack of precision. The pointer is a little bit floating, so when you have to place yourself on a precise spot it's a little bit difficult.

I have to say that this is a great mouse, small and light, easy to connect. I already have a keyboard with a UnifyMe dongle, I thought that the mouse could be connected with the same one, but no, I had to put the 2 dongles on my computer
To replace an M187, too small for my big hands and above all hard and deafening (to be avoided if not more...), I found the right mouse, which doesn't bother anyone and doesn't annoy me! Fast, responsive, quiet, comfortable. The scroll wheel needs to be broken in before it becomes smooth and quiet.
Without being totally silent, it remains pleasant for the user and the people around him and it is much quieter than other models of the brand. I share the previous opinion concerning the knob which looks a bit "cheap".

When it comes to the click, the noise is really minimal and one would dream that one's office neighbours all had the same model.
On the other hand, even if it means working on the click noise, Logitech could have worked on the noise of the scroll wheel, which sounds a bit cheap... The one on my old Logitech M310 mouse makes less noise, and it's not a "Silent" model!
