I use it to rip a lot of audio CDs, and this player/writer does what it's asked to do very well.
At this price, I'd still have liked it to feel a bit more solid, or perhaps a bit weighted down.
The drawer is 100% plastic, and I'm a bit worried that it might break when I load a CD into it.

This burner works perfectly. It is easy to install and is quickly recognised by the CPU. However, it seems useful to handle the drawer gently.
The extraction and burning software delivered with the product is not very good, the reading windows are too small
