The D-Link DES-1008C is an unmanaged Fast Ethernet switch designed to meet the needs of home users, small businesses, and SOHO environments. With its 8 ports 10/100 Mbps, it makes it easy to expand a local network while ensuring fast data transfers and reliable connectivity for file sharing, streaming, or online gaming.
Performance suited to everyday use
The DES-1008C offers transfer speeds of up to 200 Mbps in full duplex mode, ideal for file transfers, multimedia streaming, or online gaming sessions. Thanks to Auto MDI/MDIX technology, setup is simplified: just plug in the cables and the network is immediately operational.
This switch also features LED indicators per port for easy monitoring of connection status. The 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet technology automatically reduces power consumption by putting ports into standby when connected devices are turned off or inactive, while adjusting power according to cable length.
