Chosen following the seller's advice and my good previous experience with the Acer brand. It matches my needs exactly. Fast, light, stylish, adequate storage, nothing is missing.
The computer meets my expectations, is of very good quality, and the delivery was ultra fast.
I purchased this product because my old PC was slow and would not upgrade to Windows 11.
The staff at the shop were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. After asking me a few questions about my needs (mainly bureaucratic tasks and photo storage), they guided me towards the PC that best suited my requirements. I am very happy with my purchase.

After a few years of good service, my old Samsung PC bought in 2012 just wasn't up to the challenge... So, on the sound and more competent advice of my sons, I bought a new Acer PC so that I could use Windows 11. Admittedly, my use is limited, and being in my seventies (self-taught in computing) I don't have the same usage as my grandchildren, who of course help me out from time to time! Getting to grips with it is a bit laborious, I was too used to my old PC; I search, I always test with apprehension, I make notes, in short I use the equipment. I still have a lot to find and learn, but I'll get there! In short, I'm happy with my new computer, I like using it, but I don't know much about the technical side. I like the keyboard.
