I purchased this product because my old PC was slow and would not upgrade to Windows 11.
The staff at the shop were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. After asking me a few questions about my needs (mainly bureaucratic tasks and photo storage), they guided me towards the PC that best suited my requirements. I am very happy with my purchase.

After a few years of good service, my old Samsung PC bought in 2012 just wasn't up to the challenge... So, on the sound and more competent advice of my sons, I bought a new Acer PC so that I could use Windows 11. Admittedly, my use is limited, and being in my seventies (self-taught in computing) I don't have the same usage as my grandchildren, who of course help me out from time to time! Getting to grips with it is a bit laborious, I was too used to my old PC; I search, I always test with apprehension, I make notes, in short I use the equipment. I still have a lot to find and learn, but I'll get there! In short, I'm happy with my new computer, I like using it, but I don't know much about the technical side. I like the keyboard.
I used to use an Acer PC and then more or less 'forgot' about the brand. I'm not going to complain about the growing shortage of USB ports on laptops, as I've definitely made the (more advantageous) decision to use self-powered USB hubs. Acer has kept up with developments and this laptop impressed me during the start-up procedure, which didn't last long. From the point of view of Windows and the Microsoft applications corresponding to my account of the same name, I found myself with a configuration identical to the computer that this purchase replaced (but which is now the delight of a 9-year-old granddaughter). It's a seamless laptop that's quick to start up and operate, and I can recommend it without any risk of disappointment. The value for money is outstanding. All the best.
I'm used to Acer laptops, and this one meets my performance criteria. The screen is large and pleasant, the keyboard is of good quality and it's responsive.
The only downside, and not the least, is the noise! The fans are constantly spinning, making a very unpleasant noise.
For me, a laptop is all about ergonomics and peace and quiet... not noise.
