    Product as described, or almost.
    The technical datasheet indicates charger included: YES. However, surprise when I received my order: no charger in the box. I had to call customer service and have them send me a charger free of charge 3 days later (the fastest possible because there was a weekend in between).
    Also noticed no WORD, EXCEL on the computer > we already pay 1200 euros for a computer, I think a MICROSOFT key wouldn't be too much to ask.
    For the moment the computer works well, still quite heavy.
