As usual, delivery was excellent. Hardware installed in a Nuc in dual boot with no issues. Just a suggestion: avoid packaging that is huge relative to the size of this product.
I took my computer in for repair. The technician told me that my SSD drive was dead, so I asked him to replace it. He did it very quickly and I was able to get back a working computer. I am delighted.
The diagnostic + repair service is fast and efficient. They quickly found the fault, then offered me a new hard drive to replace the defective one. I am satisfied with all of the services.
Designed for a barebone build, pay attention to its size (I had not noticed but fortunately I have 2 slots including 1 for SSDs of this size). Not a large capacity but sufficient for a free OS
