Slightly disappointed with the product. The PC does not hold a charge. When plugged in, it makes a lot of noise.
I bought it because I needed it for lessons (and gaming), and everything is perfect ;) nothing to complain about. Everything runs perfectly, I recommend it.
Delivery was impeccable and fast as always, even as far as Reunion Island, which is very much appreciated! The packaging was meticulous, and there were no worries on receipt. And the big plus: the exceptional 5-year guarantee offered by LDLC. Nothing to complain about, top notch!
The computer performs wonderfully, whether you're running RAM-hungry games or doing 3D modelling: the image is crisp and fluid, and loading times are short.
The only real downside I can think of is that the initial 512GB of storage is a bit limited for a computer specifically geared towards gaming, considering how big games can get these days, but this can easily be rectified with a second SSD. A second SSD, which the salesman installed in front of me in about 15 seconds on the day of my purchase.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with this recommendation from the sales staff at Saint-Martin-d'Hères, who were very friendly during my visit.
It seems to meet my expectations. I think I was well advised by the sales assistant at the Coquelles shop.
Very fast mobile phone, good finish.
My usage, apart from the great classics: dev (mainly), a bit of photo editing and, of course, games.
The GPU (Geforce RTX 4060 with a TGP at 105W) suits me perfectly.
I only play single-player games: Baldur's Gate 3, for example, runs without a problem with maximum detail at 130 fps in silent mode (important clarification: I'm not playing on a remote screen, but on the laptop's 144 Hz screen). Which is more than enough for me.
Regardless of the game, two VMs running at the same time + 2 Power Bi + Visual Studio + the browser with around fifteen tabs open: no worries, 24 GB of RAM helps.
This machine has a second slot for adding a second SSD in 2280 format, which is handy for increasing the initial 512 GB storage. Installation couldn't be simpler.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I'd like to thank the team at the Vaise shop for their availability and advice.
The trackpad isn't slippery enough, and my fingers tend to catch on the surface. The keyboard could be RGB, although that's not a plus. A larger SSD would be welcome: 500GB in 2025 is shameful, especially when games like COD weigh in at 300GB. Fortunately, it's possible to add another SSD!
The 24GB of RAM is very welcome, and the Ryzen 7 and RTX 4060 are good enough for a good number of games and software.
