Thanks to its powerful Intel Core Ultra 5 225U processor optimised by AI and its 16" screen with 1920 x 1200 resolution, this laptop offers excellent performance and superb image quality. The 16:10 aspect ratio gives you more display area to work with. What's more, the chassis leaves room for larger cursor keys and a wide glass touchpad.
Biometrics provide additional security on the ThinkBook 16 Gen 8 notebook, from the fingerprint reader built into the power button to the facial recognition software, which works with the infrared (IR) camera. In addition, ThinkShield, Lenovo's comprehensive suite of security solutions, protects your system. A Trusted Platform Module (TPM) built into the firmware encrypts your data and a BIOS self-healing feature restores your sensitive information, should your device become corrupted.
The local Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) quantifies the user's exposure to electromagnetic waves from the equipment concerned. The maximum authorised SAR is 2 W/kg for the head and trunk and 4 W/kg for the limbs.
