Precise, ergonomic keyboard
The ThinkPad E16 G3 (16" Intel) features a full-size keyboard with numeric keypad, perfect for financial services, data analysis or any detailed task that requires faster number entry. Navigate with the TrackPad or TrackPoint and forget about your mouse. What's more, double-tapping the little red dot opens the ThinkPad TrackPoint quick menu to optimise audiovisuals and set mute alerts. You can also use the dictation toolbar to take notes and transcribe speech into text.
Robust and secure
Lenovo uses the U.S. Department of Defense MIL-STD 810H standard to create a balance of reliability and durability for all ThinkPad notebook PCs. Meeting or exceeding 12 standards, 26 procedures and more than 200 quality checks ensures these devices perform in exceptional situations, including hostile environments.
Biometrics provide additional security on this ThinkPad notebook, from the fingerprint reader built into the power button to the facial recognition software that works with the infrared (IR) camera. The ThinkShield suite of security solutions includes the dTPM 2.0 module, which encrypts vital data. In addition, this laptop features Intel Threat Detection Technology, based on artificial intelligence, which proactively protects it from threats such as ransomware attacks and covert mining.
