The ASUS ROG Strix LC III 360 ARGB cools my Ryzen 7 9800X3D extremely efficiently, with 36°C at idle without any adjustments and around 50°C max during gaming, even though the installation was a bit complicated for me.
But I recommend it.

The fans are not illuminated, only the small block above the pump. I appreciate this sobriety. Be careful with the length of the hoses between the radiator and the pump. It won't be possible to place the radiator vertically with the hose outlet at the bottom (so that the air from the radiator isn't contained by the hoses).
A bit tricky to install but otherwise it's perfect for the job, nothing to say! And above all it's argb so the colours follow the rest of the other components.
