This Focal 300IW6 in-wall speaker, made in France, is designed for residential use. It will give you full satisfaction in stereo and/or multichannel configuration (bedroom, home cinema, etc.), in rooms of any size. It incorporates exclusive Focal technologies, such as the Flax membrane and the aluminium/magnesium inverted dome tweeter, to guarantee perfect sound quality and precision for your home. Bass is tight and articulate. Flax provides excellent intelligibility of voices, ideal for film dialogue.
This speaker fits discreetly anywhere, thanks to its shallow depth and frameless magnetic grille. You'll be amazed by the technology, design and features designed for ease of use.
Perfect acoustics
The300IW6 offers adjustable tweeter (-3dB, 0dB, +3dB) and midrange (-2dB, 0dB, +2dB) levels. You'll enjoy the best performance, whatever the acoustic environment.
On this wall-mounted speaker, the tweeter can be rotated to ensure that the sound is distributed evenly throughout the room, whatever the listening point. This allows you to install it in a way that respects your interior decor, preserving the centre of the surfaces (ceiling and walls). The tweeter level is adjustable to suit the acoustics of the room, so you get the best performance whatever the environment.
Finally, this loudspeaker meets all the essential criteria for use: no frame, magnetic grilles, anti-vibration pads.
Easy, elegant installation
Installation is a key criterion. Thanks to the robust mounting brackets and magnetic grilles, installation time is reduced to a strict minimum. The products in the 300 Series range have a shallow flush-mounting depth that makes installation much easier. Their Easy Quick Install system makes tool-free installation quick and easy. The system is compatible with wall thicknesses from 12 to 32 mm.
