A compact, high-performance residential loudspeaker
Focal 's 100ICW8 loudspeaker is designed for residential use, and stands out both for its acoustic qualities and its compactness. This coaxial speaker incorporates a directional tweeter and a 21cm Polyglass cone driver for small and medium-sized rooms, and its resistance to humidity means it can even be used in the bathroom! Mounted on a wall or ceiling, its unibody chassis ensures discreet integration.

Perfect acoustics
The 100ICW8 loudspeaker features a 3-position corrector (-3dB, 0dB, +3dB) to equalise the treble according to the acoustics of the room, which improves the sound regardless of the environment (reverberation on windows or tiles, for example). Two speakers can be connected to a single amplifier.
All the products in the 100 Series line can be used to back up conventional hi-fi systems, particularly speakers in the Chorus 700 line, for discrete, high-quality home cinema installations.
Easy, elegant installation
Installation is a key criterion. Thanks to the robust mounting brackets and magnetic grilles, installation time is reduced to an absolute minimum. The products in the 100 Series range have a shallow flush-mounting depth that makes installation much easier.
The "tropicalisation" process of the Polyglass membrane makes it resistant to use in damp environments, such as bathrooms.
