I was looking for an RTX 4070 with 2 fans so that I could pass it on to my son when I change it as his PC is smaller than mine. The performance vs my old RTX 3060 12GB of the same brand, same model but not OC is multiplied by 2 on most games and even by 3 on cyberpunk 2077, but on last of us part 1 and on spiderman miles morales I have no performance gain (hence one less star). There are a few games where I've only got 50% performance gains too. But my processor is a bit old, 10 years old, the cushy Core i7 Haswell 4790K + 32GB DDR3 1600Mhz Cas 8, change planned for the end of 2025. It gets a bit hot at 71° in games. It's a shame that the Geforce RTX lettering isn't illuminated by LEDs, just the surrounding area.
