I had bought 2 for work.
Not one, but both were out of stock!
Even with usb 3.0, the write speed is catastrophic, not exceeding 3-4 Mb/s....
my dealings with LDLC were complicated and I had to take countless screenshots. I had to change people, so I had to do it twice!
In short, to be avoided....
Well packaged, works very well. Ability to display is very useful. I'm glad I chose it.
Very good product, this USB flash drive is very easy to use, responds quickly and has a large capacity.

The key suddenly froze in read-only mode this morning, so there's nothing I can do to recover it. Of course, it's impossible to create any folders or copy any files, and the read/write options have disappeared from the right-click properties, Chkdsk doesn't work, Diskpart doesn't work, and the read/write registry keys have disappeared. This key stays in a drawer and never travels, so it's not subject to shocks, and after a full scan of the local hard disks and the key with Norton up to date I don't have any viruses a priori either. There doesn't seem to be a physical switch on this model, so I don't think there's anything more to get out of it. Kinsgston is a very good brand so I'm quite surprised and I also suspect that my new USB hub has screwed it up a bit, but that's for sure. In any case, it seems to me to be well and truly dead, may it rest in peace.
Admittedly, the drive is fairly bulky and the data rate is average for USB 3, but the strong points :
- looks very solid
- integrated sliding cap
- attractive design
- usable for 'live' backup: I've already tested other high-capacity models (128 & 256 GB) from other brands (Toshiba and Verbatim), but these were unusable for everyday use. Once they had been filled with a few folders, disk access became increasingly slow and the drives took a long time to be recognised.
In short, I'm very pleased to have found a high-capacity model on which you can work and click on the 'Save' button without going for a coffee before continuing with your office activities.
