Works normally for the intended use. I've had a lot of bad luck with USB sticks. Nowadays, USB sticks are reliable as long as you're willing to pay the price.
Tiny works very well, it's perfect, 128GB a nice capacity for a minimum footprint.
Too much of a novice to give a pertinent opinion... This flash drive is perfect as a second backup for the documents and photos on my family PC.
I chose it on aesthetic criteria (apart from the capacity): small, compact, no cap and gold, so it's visible... as I said, perfect!
I bought this flash drive (512 GB capacity) for its practicality (The +).
The pluses :
Compact (Possibility of putting several keys when the usb ports are close)
Convenient (No need to keep the cap on all the time).
The fixing ring is very solid and practical.
Minuses :
Write speed 30 to 60 MB/s on (USB 3.2 port - HDD SSD)
Haphazard connectivity: The drive is not recognised on all USB ports... especially hubs. This quickly proved to be annoying.
Very practical for transport (a very important criterion for me, N1)
The writing speed is also very important.
The writing speed does not correspond to the criteria of the technical file indicated on the site.
Before buying Kingston DataTraveler SE9 G3 512 Go I used SanDisk Ultra Flair 128 Go.
Before buying Kingston DataTraveler SE9 G3 512 Go I looked at the comparator of the LDLC site to compare the two products.
Comparator of the LDLC site indicated that Kingston DataTraveler SE9 G3 512 Go is much faster than SanDisk Ultra Flair 128 Go.
Kingston DataTraveler SE9 G3 512 GB
Write speed: 200 MB/s
Read speed: 100 MB/s
SanDisk Ultra Flair 128 GB
Speed: 150 MB/s
Read speed: 150 MB/s
So ACCORDING TO THE TECHNICAL FILECHE Kingston DataTraveler SE9 G3 512GB write speed MUST BE BETTER than SanDisk Ultra Flair 128GB.
In fact, it's a CATASTROPHE. Write speed of a low-end USB flash drive
Too bad
